You have the right to: a) access your personal data, correct them, restrict processing, or delete them; b) data portability, meaning the right to receive your personal data provided to us in a commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller; c) withdraw any previously given consent at any time; d) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR. The supervisory authority in the territory of the Republic of Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Types of processed personal data:
The scope of processed personal data depends on the relationship you have with our company. For customers, we process data such as: first name(s), last name, contact details (phone number, email address, residential address, correspondence address), gas installation address, identification numbers, and other information obtained as a result of order fulfillment. In the case of contact through an electronic form or email, the scope of data may vary. We apply the principle of data minimization and process only the information that is necessary for the fulfillment of specific purposes.
